International Customers
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange service for customers outside the UK. If you require a different size, color, or product, you will need to place a new order. Non-UK orders can be returned for a refund. Please note that shipping costs including duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Return Postage Costs

USA

Please note that we are unable to offer a return service for the USA. You can return your order to us using your own courier, and we will process a refund once the items have been received in their original, unused condition. However, please be aware that we do not cover any shipping costs, including any duties or taxes incurred during the return process.

Canada: Return postage for refunds is £15 GBP via UPS.
