Yes, if you return an item, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

You may also notice pending points in your account. These represent the points tied to any items you’ve indicated you’ll be returning, so they can't be used until the return is processed. Keep in mind that the points are spread across the items returned.

Furthermore, any points you redeemed during the original purchase (if applicable) will be forfeited as well.
