How do you join the loyalty scheme?
Joining is easy. Please click on the green 'NFC Rewards' link at the bottom right of the screen on the homepage of our website. Enter your email address and follow the instructions given.

How do I redeem points?
Please log in to your account at the checkout (Fig 1 below). You can then select your reward from the drop down list (Fig 2 below). If you have previously selected a reward and not used it you can select this in the unused rewards box (Fig 3 below).
When will my points be available?
It may take up to 24 hours for eligible purchases or actions to post to your account.

Your points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, after this time they will be removed from your account.
